PlayingPokerNow.com can hold back credit points earned by the User until they fulfill these criteria.
1.4. A registered User of PlayingPokerNow.com is not allowed to create more than one account neither on PlayingPokerNow.com nor on any of the linked poker game platforms. Multiple registrations at PlayingPokerNow.com or at any of these poker game platforms linked to by PlayingPokerNow.com will therefore result in the withholding/reversal of any bonuses earned as well as the exclusion of the User. Furthermore, the User is only allowed to enter his own poker account of the respective poker game platform.
2. Account Termination
PlayingPokerNow.com reserves the right to terminate User accounts by removing/deleting the account of the User and by blocking a new registration. Reasons for account termination include but are not limited to:
- a) if a User enters incorrect and/or invalid information or details during registration;
- b) if a User or a third party on behalf of the User makes an attempt to register more than one account at PlayingPokerNow.com or any linked poker game platform;
PlayingPokerNow.com reserves the right to exclude Users based on other reasons as well, e.g. acting in breach of the general Terms and Conditions or if there is any evidence that the User has acted in illegal or unethical manner.

4. Content Contributions
4.1. The User has the right to upload content to specified sections (forum, blog, comments, personal profile). The User agrees to observe the following rules when uploading, saving or linking content to PlayingPokerNow.com:
- a) The content should not contain any advertisements for other companies.
- b) The content should not contain any malicious software (viruses, trojans) or unsolicited mailings (spam)
- c) The content should not violate any personal or third-party rights, legal and official provisions/prohibitions, internet manners and code of conduct, or public morals.
- d) The content should not contain any elements perceived bas obscene, insulting, defaming, defamatory, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, or condemnable in any way.
4.2. Furthermore, the User agrees to refrain from contacting other Users of the Platform with the intention to make them stop using the services of the Platform or of the poker game platforms linked to from PlayingPokerNow.com.
4.3. Should a User violate any of the above rules, their account will be terminated and they will be liable for all damages sustained by PlayingPokerNow.com in relations to their actions.

In case of breach we reserve the right to prosecute the parties involved to the full extent of the law.
